"Back in 2005 September or October I was riding from El Centro, CA to Camp Roberts, CA when I lost part of the rubber on my front tire of my Honda Silverwing. HYR did not have a tire in stock so Management/Owner allowed the service department to remove a tire from an existing Silverwing so I could make my pre-mobilization assessment for Afghanistan. I passed my health assessment and mobilized in December 2005 and deployed and returned in March 2006. Sorry for the late thanks. Walter Ocon"

"Just bought a Yamaha V-Star 1300 cc 2008 motorcycle cruiser here at Redlands Honda. This happened after starting out in Ontario and stopping at other various shops on the way back home in Redlands. Nobody was able to get me into a motorcycle until I came into Redlands Honda. I mentioned what I was looking for and what I was willing to pay. After the second attempt that was offered to me I was signing away withen 20 minutes from walking into the store. Not only for what I wanted to pay but with real low low milage and awsome looking. Everyone was helpful,polite, professional, and very very freindly. Glad I made the right choice in coming here. A very satisfied customer!!!!!! "

"Awesome staff. The sales team is professional, the financing team is professional, the service team is professional. For one of those businesses that you never hear about, they are top notch. "My boyfriend and I road out motocycles from Nevada to Southern California last week. We arrived in the Redlands area on Wednesday night to a rainy, hailing, and windy mess. We grabbed a pickup truck and loaded motocycles at HYR and we were assisted by a young gentleman, blond hair 17/18 years old works in service and parts, who was really amazing. We bought the ties we needed and this guy made sure we were set to make the rest of the truck with our bikes loaded. His help made all of the difference in the world in what was well on it's way to being a terrible day. This guy rocked and we are grateful!"

"My bike had been experiencing odd problems with it sparking on ignition. Sometimes it would start then other times it would refuse to start. The first time I had brought it in they managed to get it starting again and it worked a couple times but then it stopped working again. So I brought it in again and found something else that could be causing the problem and kept it for a couple days to make sure the problem was fixed. When I came by to pick it up they explained what they did and did not charge me for the work they did on the bike."
